U15 INTRODUCTION AND PRESEASON SKATE INFORMATION
2024-2025

Parents, welcome to the 2024/2025 U15 hockey season!

This document will provide you with a brief outlook toward the new season as well as information on the upcoming pre-season skates.    

The Warman Minor Hockey Association (WMHA) is very proud of the work that has gone into developing its hockey programs over the years.  These programs serve as the foundation of the success that Warman Minor Hockey has experienced.

The U15 program will provide a competitive hockey program for players of comparable abilities, giving these individuals the opportunity to play hockey in a fun and developmental learning environment. The U15 age division is still a very important period for long term skill development of a player, therefore developing and refining individual skills will continue to be the priority.  WMHA views our U15 and U18 programs not only as an opportunity to develop team camaraderie, life skills and have fun, it also is seen as a feeder system to our U15AA and U18AA programs. Therefore, while Team Tactics, Systems and Strategy are a more significant part of a player’s development, it is imperative that the WMHA focus on strong base skills development is adhered to.
